20 During testing : 5 days One sample of strawberries was divided into 2 groups: one sample was stored in an environment of 20°C, the other sample was stored in an environment of 20°C and treated continuously with Ozone. RESULTS WITH OZONE ON STRAWBERRIES

21 RESULTS WITH OZONE ON KIWI FRUIT Two halves of the same kiwi, both preserved at room temperature, the half kiwi sample on the right was treated continually with ozone, the half kiwi on the left was not treated with ozone, after 4 days, apart from the visible signs of drying out there is also the onset of mold.
