6 Da ricordare... (To remember) When writing the date in Italian, the number comes BEFORE the month. The word il comes before the number EXCEPT FOR – otto and undici then l is used: lotto febbraio lundici luglio

9 Da ricordare... In Italian, days of the week and months are NOT capitalized unless they are at the beginning of a sentence. The calendar week begins with lunedì. All weekdays end in ì. The i has an accent over it rather than a regular dot. Please be sure to write it correctly!
