Proposta Mantenere la struttura dei turni com’è adesso: l’attività principale del turnista è quella di segnalare i problemi (che sarebbe la mansione del gruppo chiamato R-COD) Individuare un sott’insieme di turnisti che si occuperà di rispondere ai ticket e di seguire i problemi fino alla loro soluzione (sarebbe la mansione del gruppo 1st line support) DISCUSSIONE
