( Art. 14 ) 1. Ogni bambino ha diritto all’istruzione senza distinzioni razziali. 1. Every child has the right to be brought up without racial discriminations. 2. Ogni bambino ha diritto di ricevere la migliore educazione dalla famiglia e dalla scuola che frequenta. 2. Every child has the right to get the best training from his own family and from school he attends. 3. Lo studio è importante per sviluppare la propria intelligenza, ogni bambino ne ha diritto, perdere questa opportunità è un dono in meno per l’umanità. 3. Studying is important to advance own personal brain, every child has the right to study, losing this chance it is a fewer ability for mankind. 4. L’istruzione è importante perché ci aiuta a sviluppare le nostre conoscenze e ad incontrare nuove culture. 4. Knowledge is important for our own growth and let us to “meet” other cultures. 5. Ogni paese d’Europa deve garantire l’istruzione nel pieno rispetto della propria cultura. 5. Each country in Europe must ensure training in the full respect of its own culture.

( art. 24 ) 1. Ogni bambino d’Europa e del mondo ovunque si trovi, qualsiasi cosa stia facendo, ha DIRITTO D’ESSERE. 1. Every child of Europe and all over the world, everywhere he stays over, whatever he’s doing, he has the RIGHT TO BE. 2. Ogni bambino ha diritto ad un nome e ad una nazionalità. 2. Every child has the right to have got a name and a nationality. 3. Tutti I bambini hanno diritto ad avere una famiglia ed essere membro utile della società. 3. Every child has the right to have a family and to be a useful member of society. 4. Tutti i bambini hanno diritto alle cure mediche per crescere sani e forti. 4. All the children have the right to get treatments to grow up healthy and strong. 5. Tutti i bambini hanno il diritto di giocare con chi e con cosa desiderano senza distinzioni razziali o culturali. 5. All the children have the right to play with whom and with what they wish without racial or cultural conditions. 6. Ogni bambino ha diritto di essere protetto da ogni forma di discriminazione. 6. Every child has the right to be protected from every kind of discriminations. 7. Ogni bambino ha diritto ad essere educato alla pace e alla fratellanza tra i popoli. 7. Every child has the right to be brought up to peace and brotherhood.

( Art. 32 ) 1. Noi diciamo che i bambini hanno l’obbligo di andare a scuola e in futuro il diritto di lavorare. 1. We tell you that children have the duty to study and in the future the right to have a job. 2. Vorremmo aiutare tutti i bambini e le bambine che vengono sfruttati, vorremmo dar loro la possibilità di studiare. 2. We wish we would help all the children who are overused, we wish we would give them the possibility to study. 3. Non sono I bambini che devono provvedere al mantenimento dei genitori come spesso vediamo che accade, ma sono I genitori che hanno l’obbligo di provvedere al mantenimento dei propri figli. 3. Not children have the duty to provide for their parents as we often see it happens, but parents have the duty to provide for their own children. 4. I giovani devono avere l’età giusta per lavorare e le garanzie al lavoro a cui sono ammessi. 4. Young people has to go to work in a right age, they must obtain the security at the work they are admitted. 5. Nessun paese d’Europa e di tutto il mondo può ammettere il lavoro minorile, è illegale e soprattutto immorale. 5. No country in Europe and all over the world can admit child labour, it’s illegal but above all immoral.
