Cari amici, In questi primi mesi di scuola abbiamo fatto tante cose. All’inizio è stata un po’ dura, specialmente per i bambini “nuovi” che hanno avuto bisogno di tempo per abituarsi a stare senza mamma e papà. Ma poi, ci siamo divertiti a scoprire, esplorare, giocare, fare … lo potete vedere dalle immagini che vi mandiamo. Settembre – September Alcuni bambini hanno portato a scuola “cose” trovate durante le vacanze al mare o in montagna: conchiglie, sassi, frutti, ecc. Some children brought to school “things” they found during their summer holidays: shells, stones, fruits, etc.

Le abbiamo usate per ricordare, raccontare esperienze, classificare, costruire, giocare … We used these “things” reminding, telling our adventures, classing, building, playing …

Ottobre – October Siamo andati a cercare l’uva negli orti di Baraggiole … Poi a scuola l’abbiamo disegnata … We looked for grapes into Baraggiole’s gardens … then, at school, we drew it …

Abbiamo portato un po’ d’uva a scuola. L’abbiamo osservata, assaggiata e poi preparata per la “pigiatura” Dall’uva al vino From grapes to wine We brought some grapes to school. We looked at them, we tasted them, then we prepared them for the “pressing”

Eccoci pronti per pigiare l’uva! Squash, squash … Che divertimento! We’re ready to tread grapes! Squash, squash … What a fun! Il mosto ribolle … Must is fermenting … E, alla fine, ecco il nostro vino! And, in the end, here is our wine!

Abbiamo osservato, toccato, assaggiato gli altri frutti dell’autunno: castagne, noci, fichi d’india, cachi … We looked, we touched, we tasted others autumn’s fruits: chestnuts, walnuts, prickly pears, persimmons …

In giardino abbiamo giocato, ma anche scoperto cose interessanti e strane … We played in the garden, but we also found strange and interesting things …

Novembre – November Abbiamo osservato e rappresentato i cambiamenti degli alberi intorno a noi We looked at how trees change and we painted them

Ci siamo accorti, così, che “… il tempo passa, ma poi ritorna ancora e ancora” (Brian) We noticed that: “… time goes on, but then it come back again and again” (Brian) Prima era ESTATE Before it was SUMMER Adesso è AUTUNNO Now it is AUTUMN Dopo sarà INVERNO Then it will be WINTER Dopo ancora sarà PRIMAVERA After it will be springtime Poi sarà di nuovo estate e così via Then it will be Summer again and so on

Ci siamo divertiti a “creare” con foglie, ghiande, semi … We enjoied ourselves making thinghs with acorns, seeds …

Abbiamo cercato l’Olanda sulla carta geografica We looked for Neaderland on the map Poi abbiamo piantato i tulipani olandesi Then we planted Dutch tulips

Abbiamo osservato e copiato “ritratti e autoritratti” di grandi pittori We looked at great painters’ “portrait and self-portrait” and we copied them LABORATORI - LABS

Dicembre – December Aspettando Natale... Waiting for Christmas … Il nostro albero dei desideri Abbiamo preparato gli addobbi per la scuola e i biglietti di auguri per i nostri amici in Olanda We prepared school decorations and greeting cards for our Dutch friends Our wishes’ tree Il calendario dell’avvento degli amici “tedeschi” Advent calendar from our German friends

Abbiamo preparato alberi di Natale … We prepared Christmas trees … … con le mani … … with our hands … … e con i piedi … and with our feet

MOMENTI INSIEME Per fare gli auguri ai nostri genitori, abbiamo preparato alcuni canti pieni di parole di pace e d’amore … We prepared some songs full of word of peace and love to wish our parents …

Poi i più grandi di noi hanno interpretato gli animali nello spettacolo preparato da alcune mamme: “Natale nel bosco” Then the eldest of us performed animals in the show prepared by some mums: “Christmas in the wood” Infine la lotteria e poi tutti a mangiare panettone e dolcetti At last, the lottery then all togheter we ate “panettone” and sweets
