2 I triangoli costruttori I triangoli costruttori servono a dimostrare che tutte le figure geometriche piane possono essere costruite per mezzo di triangoli. Il materiale è composto da 5 differenti scatole, ognuna delle quali contiene un certo numero di triangoli di varie dimensioni, forme e colori. Ad eccezione del box 2, i triangoli di tutte le altre scatole recano delle bande nere posizionate su lati diversi che servono ad aiutare il bambino nella costruzione delle figure geometriche proposte. E’ un materiale che si propone nella scuola d’infanzia, ma che si possono utilizzare ampiamente anche nella scuola primaria, soprattutto se ci sono problemi di dislessia da affrontare. I triangoli prevedono lo studio della geometria, e questo materiale può essere abbinato a schede delle nomenclature per aiutare la memorizzazione dei termini. Permette inoltre di valutare la lunghezza dei lati o l’ampiezza degli angoli mediante semplice sovrapposizione degli elementi, e facilita la classificazione in equilatero, isoscele e scaleno, oppure rettangolo, acutangolo, ottusangolo.
