Regards, Elisabetta COMPASS The  SPSC  notes  with  pleasure  the  publication  of  the  exotic JPC=1-+ resonance in the 2004 data and is looking forward to a timely  analysis and publication of the 2008 and 2009 data sets. The SPSC congratulates COMPASS on their recent publications on the spin structure of the proton COMPASS II Proposal The SPSC received with interest the COMPASS II proposal for the future measurement of Primakov, DVCS and Drell-Yan processes  starting from These measurements provide novel tests of chiral pertubation theory and internal QCD dynamics of the hadrons. The SPSC acknowledges the physics motivation of the program and will further review the proposal.
