Describe in 1 or 2 slides how you conducted your analysis of the place. Which materials did you analyse? Please include: which official documents/reports/websites you analysed; if you used observation or other (online) methods to gather more information on the place; How many interviews have you conducted and with whom (a table summarising n. of participants, gender and professional activity would help!)

3 The vision Please provide a vision statement, which is based on your study and captures the main aspirations of the place as projected into the future (3 / 4 lines).

4 Strategic goals Illustrate from 2 to 3 realistic goals that you think the place should priotitise in order to make the identified vision ‘happened’. (As you do not have time to involve locals again in order to create a priority list, you can perform a tentative choice yourself by taking into consideration a. the expected impact and b. the expected difficulty inherent in pursuing a certain strategic goal)

6 Other suggestions Collaboration and stakeholder management. Which are the organizations with which “Piceno Lab on Mediterranean Diet” and Le Marche Region could collaborate in order to manage place reputation strategically? What kind of collaboration would be appropriate (formal/informal ...)? Role of ICT. How can ICT be used and leveraged to increase collaboration and progress towards the desired vision for the place?
