3 Il Present Continuous si usa per esprimere:
Cose che stanno accadendo adesso  What are you reading at the moment? I’m reading a romance novel. 2. Situazioni temporanee  I’m living with my aunt (at the moment) until I find a new apartment. 3. Piani futuri già decisi  We're eating at Joe's Cafe tonight. We already booked the table.

6 To arrive > arrive + ing > arriving
Forma -ING dei Verbi ! Con molti verbi basta aggiungere -ing alla forma base, con altri è necessario cambiare un po' la parte finale. Se il verbo finisce con -e => la -e cade e si aggiunge diretamente la forma –ing. To arrive > arrive + ing > arriving Se il verbo finisce con -y non ci sono I cambiamenti => semplicemente si aggiunge la forma –ing.  To play > play + ing > playing

7  To stop > stopping (fermarsi)
Forma -ING dei Verbi I verbi che terminano per una sola consonante preceduta da una sola vocale accentata raddoppiano la consonante finale.  To stop  > stopping (fermarsi) I verbi che terminano per -ie la perdono e aggiungono –ying.  To die > dying
