2 GLI AGGETTIVI POSSESSIVI We use these adjectives when we want to express ownership or possession over something or someone. Just like everything else in the Italian language, they will get agreement in gender and number.

4 PERÒ… We do NOT use articles with singular family members. Esempio: mia madre, mio fratello, i miei fratelli We do use articles with adjectives describing family members and we use them with plural family members. Esempio: La mia giovane madre, il mio cattivo fratello EVERYTHING ELSE GETS AN ARTICLE AND AGREEMENT
