2 Attivazione numero verde e casella di posta elettronica L'Istat ha predisposto anche un servizio di Contact Center telefonico (n. Verde 800.069.701) e attivato una casella di posta elettronica infocens2011@istat.it che fornirà assistenza ai cittadini stranieri che necessitano di informazioni e supporto alla compilazione del materiale censuario, nella versione cartacea e in quella elettronica, garantendo una presenza fissa giornaliera di operatori che sappiano gestire le richieste di aiuto nelle seguenti lingue: Inglese, Francese e Spagnola. Si garantisce inoltre la presenza giornaliera, e per l'intera durata del servizio, di operatori in lingua Rumena,Araba,Cinese,Singalese e Ucraina.L'Istat ha predisposto anche un servizio di Contact Center telefonico (n. Verde 800.069.701) e attivato una casella di posta elettronica infocens2011@istat.it che fornirà assistenza ai cittadini stranieri che necessitano di informazioni e supporto alla compilazione del materiale censuario, nella versione cartacea e in quella elettronica, garantendo una presenza fissa giornaliera di operatori che sappiano gestire le richieste di aiuto nelle seguenti lingue: Inglese, Francese e Spagnola.
