Barcelona 17th November 2006 The Path towards Energy Efficiency SINTESI DEL PROGETTO Energy Path è un progetto educativo finanziato nellambito del programma Intelligent Energy Europe, Il cui obiettivo è lo sviluppo di una serie di contenuti e strumenti didattici da utilizzare on-line su: Fonti Energetiche Rinnovabili Uso Razionale dellEnergia Trasporti e Mobilità sostenibile Il Coordinatore del progetto è Domènech e-learning, una società con sede a Barcellona che, insieme a Besel, con sede a Madrid ed ABEA, Agenzia Energetica di Bruxelles, costituisce il Comitato Esecutivo. I partners partecipanti sono: agenzie energetiche locali di 9 paesi : Belgio, Regno Unito, Italia, Grecia, Norvegia, Francia, Slovenia, Spagna, Bulgaria, che collaboreranno con gli uffici Istruzione del proprio Ente Locale di riferimento Il progetto è rivolto a : Insegnanti ed educatori nel ramo dellenergia Studenti delle scuole superiori delletà di circa 16 anni e Cittadini comuni Obiettivo principale sarà raggiungere in totale: N. 135Scuole Superiori N. 325Insegnanti N. 8.125Studenti

Barcelona 17th November 2006 The Path towards Energy Efficiency Background Il materiale verrà mostrato attraverso una piattaforma e-learning innovativa a livello europeo ed un sito Internet dove sarà possibile scaricare materiale informativo e formativo sulle tematiche energetiche, nonché altre informazioni relative allo svolgimento del progetto nei vari paesi partecipanti. La piattaforma è basata su una tecnologia open source e permette per la prima volta laggiornamento online dei contenuti e delle risorse educative. Il progetto Energy Path ha anche un importante componente sociale: esso infatti tenta di promuovere lo sviluppo di un nuovo modello di educazione ambientale attraverso il cambiamento nei comportamenti, creando una coscienza di impegno individuale e collettivo attraverso laccettazione e la volontà di promuovere luso di tecnologie pulite e delluso razionale delle risorse. Questo progetto contribuirà ad abbattere le barriere sociali derivate dallignoranza delle diverse fonti energetiche rinnovabili, lefficienza energetica e la mobilità, basandosi sulluso di tecnologie informative. Le conoscenze ed i ruoli delle diversi partner serviranno ad identificare le realtà educative e tecnologiche potenziali dei paesi per una implementazione e diffusione effettiva del progetto stesso. Il progetto Energy Path dovrà stabilire accordi e promuovere cambiamenti verso le autorità locali che si occupano di educazione in modo che essi possano modificare il curriculum inserendo tematiche così importanti per la nostra società.

Implementare strumenti didattici innovativi (piattaforma e-learning, sito Internet) Assicurare collaborazione tra coloro che sviluppano e coloro che useranno i contenuti Promuovere sinergie con altri progetti Europei di educazione allenergia Garantire la disseminazione del progetto a costi sostenibili (software gratuito e tecnologie sviluppate internamente) Assicurare una disseminazione progressiva anche ad altre scuole, regioni, paesi

Barcelona 17th November 2006 The Path towards Energy Efficiency Gruppo di coordinamento: Nellambito del progetto è prevista la costituzione di un Gruppo di Coordinamento formato da esperti (insegnanti, dirigenti scolastici, rappresentanti del settore educazione-istruzione dellEnte locale, esperti in energia, esperti in e-learning e se possibile, studenti) che avrà le seguenti funzioni: 1.supervisionare le attività progettuali e deliberare sullo sviluppo del progetto 2.proporre soluzioni ed iniziative che i partners potranno implementare 3.esaminare e commentare alcuni documenti messi a punto dai partners 4.fornire opinioni sui contenuti della piattaforma e dare suggerimenti sulle attività parallele alla piattaforma (competizioni, mostre dei lavori, audit energetici, etc) 5.fornire opinioni sul questionario di raccolta dati che Ealp dovrà compilare 6.formulare problematiche, soluzioni e commenti sulle linee guida relative allutilizzo della piattaforma 7.fornire commenti sul report di implementazione delle attività progettuali redatto da Ealp 8.incontrarsi ogni 6 mesi, quindi almeno 4 volte nel corso del progetto

Barcelona 17th November 2006 The Path towards Energy Efficiency Cosa devono fare le scuole: Firmare lettera di adesione assicurare limpegno da parte dellIstituto ad implementare il progetto nellanno scolastico 2007/2008 collaborare alla raccolta dati necessaria per la realizzazione della piattaforma e-learning secondo i fabbisogni dei docenti e degli studenti far partecipare gli insegnanti referenti delle classi coinvolte nel progetto (2/3 per scuola), al corso di formazione per docenti (vedi sotto per ulteriori dettagli), collaborare con Ealp alla redazione di una pianificazione didattica che includa Unità tematiche (teoriche), visite studio e attività parallele (mostre dei lavori, esperienze pratiche etc.) nel corso dellanno scolastico implementare le attività di e-learning integrandole al programma scolastico, trasferendo agli allievi contenuti ed informazioni relative alle fonti rinnovabili, allefficienza energetica ed alla mobilità sostenibile collaborare alla valutazione finale delle attività svolte promuovere ogni iniziativa che permetta al progetto di avere la massima visibilità presso le istituzioni locali e le altre scuole (giornalini scolastici o altri mezzi di divulgazione)

Barcelona 17th November 2006 The Path towards Energy Efficiency Corso di formazione per docenti: Gli insegnanti delle scuole che avranno formalizzato laccordo con Ealp impegnandosi ad implementare il progetto Energy Path, parteciperanno ad un corso di formazione sulle tematiche energetiche (3 sessioni da 3 ore ciascuna) che, partendo ad inizio anno scolastico, dovrà concludersi entro il mese di dicembre 2007. Esso sarà costituito da: una introduzione sulleducazione allenergia e alle possibilità di implementare attività educative sullenergia attraverso una piattaforma e-learning con la loro classe una presentazione dello strumento didattico (e-learning) Docenti di questo corso saranno gli esperti di Ealp che avranno precedentemente frequentato un corso di formazione (a livello europeo per approfondire lutilizzo pratico della piattaforma e-learning. Gli insegnanti che parteciperanno al corso riceveranno il materiale didattico necessario per implementare il progetto in classe, in particolare le linee guida per lutilizzo dello strumento e-learning. Il corso dovrà tenersi in una struttura dotata di sala informatica
