2015 tentative NSW Weeks Tentative Muon/NSW Week dates in 2015 are March 9-13 June 1-5 Sept 28 – Oct 2 Dec To be approved by the Muon IB this afternoon We think another outside workshop would be beneficial, especially for the NSW and phase-2 upgrade Napoli? Gruppo 1…. spostare a October 5-9/ October These are the two time slots that are currently being considered for the outside ATLAS week in Lecce, and we would pick whichever week becomes not the ATLAS week. We also asked for feedback on the idea of having an outside muon week again in 2015, and proposals for locations. If the Sep/Oct muon week is moved to directly before or after the outside ATLAS week, this week could probably not be considered for an outside muon week.

Controllo planarità con FBG per Mod0 10 Definire il modo migliore di inserire le fibre con i sensori tra honeycomb di alluminio e piano di vetronite: i bordi delle celle premono sulle fibre facendo fuoriuscire la luce o peggio rompendole … 2 soluzioni 1. filo di acciaio, inserito in // per assicurare lo spessore necessario alla fibra: prototipo ok ma scartato dai colleghi italiani costruttori di pannelli… 2. ‘canaline’ nell’honeycomb, scavate tramite pressione di una barra con ‘dentello’ effettuate diverse prove per trovare tool e misura ideali per la canalina (7x1 mm 2 ) prototipo con fibre senza sensori (1x0.5 m 2) incollato, dobbiamo controllare l’integrità delle fibre 3.a breve prototipo con sensori in due dimensioni e su due lati 4.allineamento, connettori… Acquistate fibre e sensori per Mod0 italiano, forse anche CERN interessato per il loro Mod0…

It is *obligatory*, that those shift candidates will take part in the training session, that will be centrally organised on November 19th and 20 th next opportunity will be during milestone week M8 in February.
