Team-work seen as an opportunity for a person to not only have to but also to bring in his or her personal contribution; Living in a society where Youth can find job opportunities is a condition which allows them to have an active role in social life. For a mutual wellbeing, job should be seen as feeling duty bound to a solidarity commitment to the comunity; 3. Important is that society creates a normative system able to sollicite and support the aggregation among youths and their role as leading actor; Promoting a new agreement between the adult generation and the young generation where adults offer the youths their experience, their time and their relationship at no cost.
