2 Faith is a great gift that we must be able to ask and receive.
La Fede è un grande dono che bisogna saper chiedere ed accogliere. Dio si rivela a chi lo cerca con profonda umiltà e sincerità di cuore. Faith is a great gift that we must be able to ask and receive. God reveals Himself to those who seek Him with great humility and sincerity of heart.

3 We are humble when we recognize ourselves as "creatures"
Siamo umili quando ci riconosciamo “creature” bisognose e coscienti di dipendere dal Creatore dispensatore di vita, e soprattutto d’Amore. We are humble when we recognize ourselves as "creatures" and we’re conscious to depend on the Creator giver of life, and above all with love.

4 La forza vitale dell’Uomo è l’Amore e solo Dio ne è la vera sorgente.
The vital force of man is love and God is the only true source.

5 L’uomo, per sua natura, è alla perenne ricerca della felicità ma spesso la cerca dove non potrà mai trovarla. Solo in Dio può trovare la vera gioia ed il vero amore. Man, by nature, is the perennial pursuit of happiness, but often search where can never find it. Only God can find true joy and true love.

6 Chi cerca Dio con la sola ragione difficilmente lo troverà perché è pura presunzione “catturare” l’Infinito con la “finita” e limitatissima mente umana. C’è più distanza tra cervello e cuore che non tra cuore e cervello (Giovanni XXIII). Those who seek God through reason alone will find it difficult because it is pure presumption "capture" the Infinite with the "finished" and limited human mind. There is more distance between the brain and heart that between heart and brain (Pope John XXIII).

7 The lack of love can generate hostility towards the mystery
Infatti, se la ricerca di Dio parte dal cuore (amore) tutto diventa più facile. Se invece parte soprattutto dalla ragione viene a mancare l’amore necessario a “comprendere” Dio. La mancanza di amore può generare ostilità verso il mistero di Dio fino a trasformarsi in ateismo. In fact, if the search for God from the heart (love) everything becomes easier. If, however, the research of God starts from the reason, thet it has a lack love need to "understand" God. The lack of love can generate hostility towards the mystery of God to until it become atheism.

8 Più l’uomo si fida di Dio più diventa facile comprendere il “mistero” divino grazie ai doni dello Spirito Santo. La Fede “apre” letteralmente la mente ad una maggiore comprensione. The more the man who trust in God the easier it is to understand the "mystery" of God through the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Faith "opens" literally the mind to a greater understanding.

9 Se l’Uomo si riconosce “creatura”, limitata e bisognosa, diventa capace di svuotarsi di se stesso (del proprio ego) per riempirsi di Dio e del suo immenso amore. If men recognize themselves as "creature", limited and in need, then they’re able to empty themselves (the ego) to be filled with God and his great love.

10 The more man humbles himself before God than God elevates them
Più l’uomo si umilia davanti al Creatore più Dio lo eleva alla dignità di “figlio”. Chi si umilia sarà esaltato e chi si esalta sarà umiliato. (Lc 14,11). Dio si è fatto uomo per farci diventare divini (suoi figli). The more man humbles himself before God than God elevates them to the dignity of "son." He who humbles himself will be exalted and he who exalts himse lf will be humbled. (Lk 14:11). God became man to make us divine (his sons). 

11 L’orgoglio e la superbia spingono l’Uomo a voler fare a meno di Dio o addirittura a sostituirsi a Lui. E’ il peccato originale sempre presente nell’animo umano. The pride and arrogance want to push the man to not need God, or even to replace Him. It’s the original sin always present in the human souls.

Umiltà e superbia, Fede e Ragione, Egoismo e Amore sono Inversamente proporzionali Humility and Pride, Faith and Reason, Selfishness and love are Inversely proportional

13 La Fede è la bussola autentica per camminare spediti e sicuri nella vita.
Faith is the compass genuine to walk swiftly and safe in life.

14 that sustains us in all the difficulties of life.
La Fede va continuamente coltivata e nutrita perché è la forza che ci sostiene in tutte le difficoltà della vita. Faith must be continually cultivated and nurtured because it is the force that sustains us in all the difficulties of life.

15 Living with Faith means to walk in present time
Vivere con la Fede significa camminare nel presente con lo sguardo fisso verso l’Eternità. Living with Faith means to walk in present time with his eyes fixed on eternity.
