5 Progetto Formazione Formatori RA & LA relationship Quality Assurance Plan Le RA devono cooperare con le LA per il raggiungimento degli standard di qualità previsti dal QAP mediante vari strumenti tra cui: – Observation – Visite di un paio di ore presso la LA con tono informale. – Monitorig – Visite di 1 o 2 giorni con tono più formale e strutturato ad esempio prima della visita occorre spedire alla LA il modulo Monitoring Confirmation Form dove sono specificate date, orari e partecipanti alla visita.
