2 Create a Family Tree On posterboard
Include at least 10 (ten) family members (11 including you) For each person you must have: name relationship to you three facts about them some sort of visual representation (either a picture or a symbol)

4 Write three paragraphs
Choose three people from your family tree and write one paragraph in Italian for each of them describing them. (Three paragraphs total.) Each paragraph must be at least 50 words. (150 words total.) Each paragraph must be typed and double spaced.

5 Esempio: Mia zia Anne è la sorella di mio padre. Ha sessantatrè anni e abita a Oberlin. Lavora in una biblioteca. Le piace sciare e giocare con i suoi nipoti. Ha due figlie, le mie cugine Kristan e Jessica. Mia zia è bassa, e ha i capelli grigi e gli occhi azzurri. È molto simpatica e intelligente.

6 The family tree and the paragraphs are due Monday, September 13.
Tuesday, September 14 You will present your family tree to the class, pointing out at least ten people and telling us about them.

7 Grading You will receive THREE separate grades for this assignment.
A 30 point homework grade for making the tree. A 20 point writing assignment grade for the paragraphs. A 20 point oral assessment grade for your presentation.
