You will need three or more people: two of them hold the elastic band and the rest play. You loop rubber bands together tightly, you can select the length you like. Two people stand opposite each other and extend the rubber band, holding it at different levels. Per giocare occorre una lunga striscia di elastico. Servono tre o più giocatori: due tengono l’elastico, i restanti giocano. Si annodano le due estremità dell’elastico scegliendo la lunghezza desiderata. Due persone stanno in piedi una di fronte all’altra e tendono l’elastico a diverse altezze.

2 Il primo livello è alle caviglie. Prima un giocatore salta all’interno e all’esterno della striscia di elastico. Poi salta e rimane in piedi a lato dell’elastico tirandosi con sé i due lembi. Salta di nuovo all’interno dell’elastico. Se il giocatore termina senza errore può passare al livello successivo, altrimenti tocca ad un altro giocatore. 3 Ci sono otto altezze diverse da saltare: CAVIGLIE, GINOCCHIA, VITA, COLLO, STRETTISSIMO, LARGHISSIMO, CIELO E STELLA. In strettissimo e larghissimo bisogna saltare con grande precisione. In CIELO si alzano e si abbassano le mani e si dicono i dodici mesi mentre si salta. In STELLA si salta cercando di trascinare i due lembi di elastico insieme. COMENIUS 2008 - 2010 There are eight jumping levels: ANKLE, KNEE, WAIST, NECK, VERY NARROW, VERY LARGE, SKY AND STAR. In very narrow and very large levels you must jump with great precision. In sky level you put your hands up and down and say the twelve months jumping. In star level you jump trying to carry the two sides of the elastic together.
