Regione Abruzzo Indispensable pre-requisites for project appproval Fo each project it is required the joint action of at least three to five partners (depending on program) from at least 3 member states (For the Life+ program also individual proposals are allowed) Average participation in projects is 3 to 8 partners The stronger is the partnership the more are chanches to be granted The partners can come together in a consortium of fact, so no formal notarial acts or under the control of the courts, aimed at implementing and managing the proposed project only.
