Conclusioni La Nefrectomia parziale effettuata con approccio robotico è in grado di ottenere risultati peri-operatori, funzionali ed oncologici a breve termine equivalenti alla open. L’approccio robotico è inoltre in grado di offrire un approccio meno invasivo, un minor rischio di sanguinamento e complicanze postoperatorie minori rispetto alla open.
