Castelfidardo has got inhabitants and rises on a hill 212 m. over the sea, just few minutes by car from the Adriatic Sea and its beautiful beaches, near the Conero Mount. Castelfidardo ha abitanti e sorge su una collina a 212 m. sul livello del mare, a pochi minuti di auto dal Mare Adriatico e dalle sue belle spiagge.

In September, there is the Festival of Accordion; a lot of tourists and musicians came from all over the world. Durante il mese di settembre, c’è il Festival della Fisarmonica; un gran numero di turisti e musicisti arriva da ogni parte del mondo.

Per commemorare la battaglia che nel 1860 unificò l’Italia, fu inaugurato un monumento al generale Cialdini, ad opera dello scultore veneziano Vito Pardo. In 1994 was inaugurated the Risorgimento Museum and in the battle area (the Selva) there is the Ossuary shrine to the fallen. Nel 1994 fu inaugurato il Museo del Risorgimento e nell’area della battaglia (la Selva) si trova l’Ossario in memoria dei caduti.

Questa è la nostra scuola. A Castelfidardo ci sono 5 scuole primarie e 2 secondarie di primo grado. Noi frequentiamo la scuola secondaria di primo grado Mazzini, situata in un convento benedettino, al centro della città. This is our school. In Castelfidardo there are 5 Primary schools and 2 Secondary middle schools. We go to Mazzini Secondary school situated in the city centre. The school was a Benedictine convent.
In our school there are 218 students, divided into 4 sections. Foreign students are about 20% and they mostly come from Albania, Romania, Morocco and Tunisia.
