5 Il Portico di Claudio/ The portic of Claudius Era molto grande e imponente, le colonne erano molto alte e al contrario di come possiamo vedere oggi erano al coperto. Le colonne erano fatte di travertino bianco, con dei blocchi incastrati uno su laltro con la tecnica del piombo liquido che poi veniva fatto solidificare. Primo punto dincontro del commercio romano. The arcade was very big and imposing. The columns were very high and contrary to what we see today they where covered. The columns were made of white travertine, with the blocks stuck in to each other by a technique with liquid lead, ehich was then solifified. This was the first meeting point for Roman trade.

6 La Darsena/ The dock Dellantica Darsena non rimane quasi niente, ridotta a palude alimentata da acqua piovana e da una falda acquifera. Lipotesi attuale è che nella darsena attraccavano le navi più piccole che caricavano il grano presso i magazzini e attraverso il Tevere lo portavano a Roma. 7 Magazzini traianei del grano / The Trajans warehouses Nei magazzini Traianei si teneva soprattutto il grano. Erano il primo punto dove i mercanti lo depositavano. Successivamente attraverso il Tevere esso veniva portato a Roma. I magazzini venivano chiamati Horrea. Servivano per lo stoccaggio del grano. Grain was stored in the Trajan warehouses. They were the first place where merchants deposited the grain. The it was taken across the Tiber to Rome. The stores were called Horrea. They were used for the storage of grain.

8 Il lago di Traiano/ The Trajans lake Il lago appartiene a una famiglia di nobili. Esso non è aperto al pubblico. E un lago a forma esagonale. E stato fatto costruire dallimperatore Traiano. The lake belongs to a noble family. And it is not open to the public. It is a hexaagonal shaped lake and was built by the Emperor Trajan.
