Il Presepe napoletano Neapolitan nativity scene La parola viene dal latino praesepium e che vuol dire "mangiatoia". The word comes from the Latin “praesepium” which means “crib”. Le figure sono realizzate con manichini in filo metallico ricoperto di stoppa, le teste e gli arti sono in legno dipinto, che poi sarà gradualmente sostituito dalla terracotta policroma.
