6 Basic Principles on the Role of Lawyers Norma n.14 Gli avvocati nel proteggere i diritti dei propri assistiti e nel promuovere le cause della giustizia devono cercare di difendere i diritti umani e le libertà fondamentali riconosciute dalle leggi nazionali ed internazionali e devono sempre agire liberamente e diligentemente in ossequio alle leggi ed osservare gli standards riconosciuti ed i principi etici della professione.
