Aspetti lessicali I tecnicismi nel linguaggio turistico provengono dalle diverse aree disciplinari, sono mutuati da altri settori ma non sono tecnicismi propri del turismo.

Travelogues sono le sezioni di turismo in quotidiani e riviste che vedono lalternarsi di annunci pubblicitari e discorsi descrittivi. Sono resoconti di viaggio in cui il singolo turista parla della sua vacanza sottolineandone esperienze sia positive che negative e dando consigli ed informazioni ad un potenziale futuro turista.
