12 12 Conclusioni e opinoni Circa 20.000 server e 1000 CED; Dal 2006 al CNIPA c’e’ il centro di competenza sulla razionalizzazione delle infrastrutture tecnologiche; Il gap tecnologico tra “privato” e “pubblico” è inconsistente in termini di prodotti, servizi o competenze ma è radicalmente differente, e fortemente penalizzante per il pubblico il modo con cui viene acquistato l’IT; Guardare al gap di innovazione tra pubblico e privato dal punto di vista del procurement è un modo diverso ma illuminante per spiegare alcune difficolta’; La nuova direttiva comunitaria sugli acquisti pubblici introduce il concetto di “dialogo competitivo”; Rinnovo datacenter all’insegna di un miglior sfruttamento delle infrastrutture esistenti con hw standard.
