2 Welcoming – t e pedagogical model- L’accoglienza -il modello pedagogico- Welcoming – t e pedagogical model- Nelle pre-schools visitate, grazie al modello organizzativo e alle scelte pedagogiche, uno degli aspetti più importanti che caratterizza il rapporto con le famiglie è l’accoglienza. In the preschools we visited, thanks to the organizational model and the pedagogical choices, welcoming is one of the most important aspects of the relationship with families.

3 Welcoming is … Accoglienza è … Welcoming is … …dare la possibilità alla famiglia di visitare il servizio, prima dell’inserimento, in un qualunque giorno durante le normali attività … “La scuola è un luogo accessibile, le porte sono aperte.” …giving the family the opportunity to visit the school, before the full integration of the child, on any day during educational activities… “School is an open place, the doors are open.”

4 Welcoming is … Accoglienza è … Welcoming is … … entrare a far parte, durante l’inserimento, delle attività programmate e delle routines del gruppo … … i tempi, gli spazi e le attività non vengono modificati … “Mi sento da subito parte del gruppo.” … to take part, during the integration of the child, in the activities planned and routines of the group… … times, spaces and activities are not changed… “Right now I’m part of the group.”

5 Welcoming is … Accoglienza è … Welcoming is … … andare incontro alle esigenze lavorative della famiglia, permettendo l’ingresso e l’uscita dalla scuola in qualunque momento della giornata … “Posso gestire il mio lavoro con serenità perché non è il lavoro che si adatta agli orari del Nido, ma è il Nido che si adatta agli orari della famiglia.” … to meet working needs of families, the school allows entry and exit into the school at any time of day… “I can manage my working time with confidence because my job doesn’t have to revolve around the hours of the nursery school but it is the nursery school that has to accomodate family time.”

6 Welcoming is … Accoglienza è … Welcoming is … … dare la possibilità ai genitori di vivere lo spazio della scuola anche al di fuori degli orari scolastici … La scuola diventa più familiare, è un luogo condiviso e quindi più vicino, vissuto con gli altri bambini, con le educatrici, ma anche con i genitori. … give parents the opportunity to experience school life outside school time… The school becomes more accessible, it is a shared place and therefore closer to families, experienced with other children, educators and parents as well.
