Platforms and contents include formal, no- formal and informal elements. About informal elements all the platform include collaborative space, where users can learn in informal collaborative way: chat and forum. 5 RAVT: Real and Virtual Textures http://www.ravt.org/site/it http://www.ravt.org/site/it RAVT (real and virtual texture) is aimed at educators, workers and association managers in four different geographical, cultural and social contexts; Italy, Latvia, Poland and the UK. We are developing a training model which is applicable to everybody in the EU countries. The RAVT training system, using the blended e-learning approach, takes ICT and multimedia as tools to cope with social isolation and marginalization of disabled people opening up the possibility to improve their quality of life. This project aims to promote pedagogical open dialogue, continuous and open confrontation to learning (in a reticular point of view) social, pedagogical and ethical skills about adult disability and ICT in European context. RAVT is designed for professionals in training (managers of association and institutions, trainers and educational staff, from the four partner countries and which are working with adult disable people). For these professions, today it is demanded not only to contribute to the implementation of the rights in relation to equal opportunities, but, also and especially, an action to support the integration of disabled people inside social and productive systems. 7 VOIP - VET for Over 50 Employees through Multi-Feature Platform VOIP Voip will adapt Ravt project to education of over 50 employees The main aim of the VOIP project, as it is de-scribed below, is to pro- vide employees, who are aged over 50 and work in SME sector, a multi-feature platform, which will allow them to in-crease their qualifications and skills in the field of ICT and languages (English, French and German). Furthermore, thanks to a collaborative approach and social space (forum, chat, etc.) used within the training, our target group will have the opportunity to develop their social skills as well. 8 VOIP - VET for Over 50 Employees through Multi-Feature Platform VOIP About informal materials, for example in Voip, Internet forum is intended to act a very important role, ultimately three forums will be created: for the employees, for the employers and the joint forum for both groups. The obtained opinions on the shape and scope of this forum seem to suggest that the forum topics need to be related to the issues of 50+ employees, and the forum itself should be available not only for trainees but also for other interested persons who wish to share their opinion with other users. Thanks to the random groups system, the participants will have the opportunity to work and learn with different people within the same course.
